After many years in the accounting industry, I decided to pursue my passion: I became a full time Realtor in 2005. The attention to detail and organizational skills that were needed in the accounting field were quickly transformed into assets that benefited not only me, but more importantly, my clients. To help meet my personal goals of providing the highest level of service to my clients and to be constantly exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth, I’ve taken the time to educate myself in the Real Estate Industry and have obtained several licenses and designations; I hold a Brokers and Real Estate Instructor License in MA and a Salespersons License in NH. When it came time to sell our home, my wife and I wanted to be sure we worked with a realtor that we both felt comfortable with. We were concerned because we built our home with the help of our parents when we were kids, and had spent the last 34 years of our lives in our home.
After our initial consultation with Cathy, I asked my wife what she thought, my wife responded “I like her”. I told my wife I liked Cathy as well. When Cathy returned with her market analysis, my wife and I were very pleased with the level of detail Cathy provided. "Your offer wasn't even the highest, but your agent was what got you the home" was the comment from the Seller's Agent shortly after getting the keys to our new home. My partner and I were relocating from MN to MA and we were lucky enough to get Cathy as our agent. Cathy was very supportive of our situation by taking us on virtual tours of potential homes, pointing out the pros/cons of each home, and quickly getting out offers we wanted to make. We worked with Cathy to buy our first home. She's extremely responsive and communicative, with a great knowledge of the market and attention to detail. We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Our home search was broad, and when we found and fell in love with a place that was well outside the area that Cathy normally focuses on, she stuck with us and helped us close on our first home despite the inconvenience. She was extremely supportive in walking through the inspection with us and explaining the process in detail every step of the way. We can't recommend her enough; if you have the chance to work with her, don't miss out!

Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She has helped us through all aspects of the buy and sell process. A joy to work with.
Unlike other agents I’ve spoken to recently, Cathy never made me feel like she had to rush to a meeting or something. She knows the area very well and knows how to price a home. She gets back to a text in a timely manor. She had no problem keeping my daughter in the loop on everything as I don’t know the first thing about real estate and my daughter does. Any say enough about Cathy and if you’re in the market to buy or sell talk to her, you won’t be disappinted!!

Cathy was very helpful to my wife and I. We were relocating from Texas and she was able to help us navigate the differences in the housing market in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
